Astarta has bought back shares worth USD 200 000

According to the official statement released by the company on Warsaw Stock Exchange, Astarta has bought back 10 571 shares at the average price of PLN 57.27 apiece. The purchase was made on February 28 and was made public recently. Total cost of the transaction was reported at USD 198.5 thousand. Purchase of shares by the company did not have any significant impact on share price of the company, which followed common downward trend for prices of shares for Ukrainian companies and slight gain over Tuesday trading session. After press-conference was held with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where he stated that currently there is no particular reason to deploy Russian troops in Ukraine, stock markets responded with growth of share prices for Ukrainian companies.
