Industrial Milk Company has issued payment on bonds

According to the official information released by the company on its official website, Industrial Milk Company has completed payment on bonds 1st coupon (bonds of series B and C) on 21st of February 2014. Total interest payment was reported at USD 488.9 thousand at interest rate of 14%. Maturity date of B-series bonds is set at December 25, 2014, and maturity date of C-series bonds was set for December 24, 2015.
Alex Morgun, financial analyst of UkrAgroConsult noted that IMC was amongst few companies that reported consisted growth of sales revenues and net income for 3 quarters of 2013. The latest report for 9 months of 2013 indicated USD 14.1 million net income growth compared to the same period of 2012, constituting 68.1% increase. Large portion of growth is attributed to significant change in revaluation of biological assets, which covered for significant portion of sales costs increase.
