According to the official information released by Vienna Stock Exchange, Sintal Agriculture has been suspended from trading on Vienna Stock Exchange from Wednesday, January 29, 2014 until further notice. The main reason behind suspension is potential bankruptcy of the holding company, made public in January of 2014, as noted by financial analyst of UkrAgroConsult, Alex Morgun. The requirements of the Stock Exchange Act shall apply to financial instruments admitted to trading on regulated markets, in particular, with respect to the obligations imposed on issuers, but shall not apply to financial instruments traded on the Third Market.
