IFC received 5-year option on purchase of Industrial Milk Company shares

According to the official statement made by the company on Warsaw Stock Exchange, International Finance Organization, which previously opened credit line for IMC for USD 50 million was granted an option on purchase of IMC shares. According to the conditions of the option, IFC can purchase IMC shares for USD 6.45 per share for the total amount of USD 20 million, over the period of the next 5 years. Funds attracted will be used for growth of company’s business structure, as well as funding of Net Working Capital. At the moment IMC price per share is measured at PLN 12.77 with 21.64% of total shares in free float.
