Ukraine. State guarantees may reach UAH 50 billion this year

In 2014, state guarantees may be granted to the amount of UAH 50 billion.
This is said in the Law of Ukraine "On the state budget for 2014," adopted by the Verkhovna Rada Thursday, Ukrinform reports.
At the same time, on a decision from the Cabinet of Ministers, state guarantees are attracted to fund investment projects, national projects, ensuring fulfillment of debt obligations of the public joint stock company Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
A procedure for attraction of credits (loans) and conditions of their extending under state guarantees are established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Participants of the investment project "Creation of the space rocket complex Cyclone 4" are exempt from the obligation to provide property or other enforcement of obligations under the state guarantees.
