According to the official data released by the company on its official website, Astarta ended 2013 with a 45% increase of crops, both grains and oilseeds, reaching 760 thousand tons. Company also reached sugar beet crop figure of 2.1 million tons. Average yield per hectare as stated at 56 tons per hectare, a 7% increase compared to 2012. Company has produced 305 thousand tons of sugar with 85% of sugar beets used as raw material from company’s own production. Company also produced 91 thousand tons of milk, which is an 8% increase in annual terms.

Company has also started its soya production project with new soy processing plant being constructed in Globino.
