According to the official information released by Agrokultura AB, the Chairman of the Board of Agrokultura AB, Mikael Nachemson increased his indirect ownership of shares in Agrokultura as stated on the insider list on the Company’s webpage, in accordance with the rules of the market place First North. The purchase has been carried out through a pension commitment ensured with a company-owned capital investment with Mikael Nachemson’s former employer, Investment AB Öresund, and amounts to 1 051 762 shares. Along with the previous indirect ownership of 450 000 shares, the total indirect ownership now amounts to 1 501 762 shares.

Purchase still does not get Mikael Nachemson into top-10 largest shareholders of the company with 10^th largest owner being Clearstream Banking S.A., W8IMY with 2.8% ownership of 3 919 734 shares. Total number of shares issued by the company is measured at 139 008 658. The purchase still indicates the fact that the value of the company is expected to grow in the future, potentially increasing its rating.
