Industrial Milk Company has paid out the dividends

According to the official statement made by the company on its official website, Industrial Milk Company has made full repayment of interest payment on bonds sixth coupon on December 25, 2013. The total amount paid out is estimated at UAH 7.13 million or USD 892 thousand. Coupon interest rate was set at 14% with maturity date of June 24, 2014. One of the holding’s subsidiaries “Burat-Agro”, a company, which initially issued bonds in June of 2012, made the payout.
Timely pay-out of the interest on bonds is expected from a public company, especially positive other companies from Ukrainian agrarian sector willing to attract funds via issue of bonds, as credit rating of Ukraine and majority of large-scale companies was lowered recently.
