New CEO and CFO were appointed at Ovostar Union

According to the official information released by the company, Sergey Sovira, former Chief Executive Officer of Lauffer Group, one of the largest bakery goods producer in Ukraine was appointed as a new CEO of Ovostar Union. Tatyana Komarova was appointed as a new Chief Financial Officer, as Ms. Komarova previously was employed as a Chief Financial Officer of Ukrproduct Group, another public agrarian holding of Ukraine.
UkrAgroConsult comment: market reacted positively in terms of new appointments with market capitalization of the company rising by 2.54% over the Wednesday, December 2013 trading session. Ovostar Union has indicated positive performance over 9 months of 2013, with slight upward trend for main financial indicators, sales revenue growth, gross profit growth and net income growth.
