The issuer registration was approved by the WSE board on November 27, 2013. According to the report, the company has a total of 1.78 Ml shares. So, Cereal Ukraine is going to market some 13?% of them. It is planning to spend the raised money on the implementation of a cereal production and export program. The program’s cost is estimated at some € 2.5 Ml. “The group’s near-term plans envisage the launch of new production lines and upgrading existing ones, purchase of a new milling facility, the optimization of warehouse capacities, the development of freight handling and delivery services, and the creation of an entity for grain processing in West and East Europe,” the company’s website reports.
