KSG Agro changed auditor and one of the Board of Directors members

According to the official decision made at the shareholders meeting on December 2, 2013, KSG Agro appointed Alexander Perov, former investor relations manager as a new class “A” director instead of Tomash Yanovskiy. Holding also made a decision to switch its auditor. Current auditor of the company, BDO audit is being replaced by Baker Tilly Luxembourg Audit SA.
UkrAgroConsult comment: as company performed poorly in 2012, in terms of financial results, 2013 had been even more complicated due to unfavorable conditions for producers of agricultural products. KSG Agro stockholders felt the need to bring new people on its top-management team in order to bring new perspective into company’s strategic approach.
