According to the official statement released by the company on its official website, AvangardCo Investments Public Limited appointed Oleksiy Yergiyev as a new Head of Investments. His responsibilities will include Oleksiy Yergiyev’s responsibilities will include overseeing the Company’s strategy, capital raisings, corpor ate finance and investor relations. He will continue to serve as an advisor to Oleg Bakhmatyuk, the owner of Avangard holding company, UkrLandFarming. Prior to joining Avangard, Oleksiy Yergiyev served as Vice President of Investment Banking Department at Troika Dialog Ukraine, where he was responsible for capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions in agriculture, food industry, retail and financial services sectors.

UkrAgroConsult comment: Company commented that as the company is looking to expand into new rapidly developing markets, new Head of Investments will be assisting the holding with its development and growth.
