The KSG Agro agricultural company (Dnipropetrovsk region) intends to sell shares of three baking plants by 2014, the company reports. According to the report, the company is planning to sell its 48% stake in the Kryvyi Rig bread-baking plant No.1, 46% in KryvorizhKhlib and 31% in the Zhovti Vody bread-baking plant (all are located in Dnipropetrovsk region) by the end of 2013. In addition, KSG Agro has reportedly sold 100% of the profit participation rights of the Kyiv-based company Trade House WorldFood for USD 123,000. As reported before, the Luxembourg agricultural holding KSG Agro with assets in Ukraine struck a deal last year to acquire stakes in PJSC Zhovti Vody Bread-Baking Plant, PJSC Kryvyi Rig Bread-Baking Plant No.1, PJSC KryvorizhKhlib and JSC Pererobnyk (all are located in Dnipropetrovsk region). According to the company’s exchange notice, to acquire their shares, KSG Agro raised a UAH 45 Ml loan from Cambio Bank.
