Ukraine, Poland boost commodity turnover despite crisis - Yanukovych

Ukraine and Poland annually raise bipartite commodity turnover by 3-4% despite the world economic crisis.
President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych told journalists about this within the frames of his working visit to Poland, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“I would like to note that over recent years we have annually raised our common commodity turnover by 3-4 percent and it should be noted that this is during the crisis,” Yanukovych said.
He said that Ukraine and Poland has many joint projects, which are useful for both countries. “It is important that our people felt that,” the President added.
At the same time, Viktor Yanukovych noted that the countries do not avoid the settlement of controversial issues, in particular, tragic events during the Second World War. “We jointly look for the ways toward reconciliation, and I am convinced that no other way can be there.”
