EBRD is planning to increase credit line for MHP by USD 50 million

According to the official statement made by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, EBRD is considering increasing credit line for one of the largest poultry producers in Ukraine, Myronivskiy Khliboproduct by USD 50 million to the total of USD 100 million. EBRD Board of Directors will be considering credit line increase on October 29, 2013. MHP is expected to use funds for purchase of agricultural assets in Russia, as well as purchase of agricultural machinery for Ukrainian branch. MHP received credit line from EBRD in 2010, for the total amount of USD 100 million.
UkrAgroConsult comment: MHP is aiming to implement its investment plans within the framework of the current situation, developing on international level. EBRD approval will signal to other foreign investors regarding investment opportunities.
