Ukraine raised its forecast for this season’s grain exports (July 2013-June 2014) from 28 to 30 MMT, said Ag Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk. According to him, Ukraine has already exported 3.2 MMT of grain in July-August, or up 15% year-on-year. “Grain exports are much more active now. So, over 2 MMT of Ukrainian grain has been shipped abroad in August. This is 42% more than in July.
