Agroliga acquired 1.6 thousand hectares company in Kharkiv region

According to the official statement released by Agroliga on Warsaw Stock Exchange, company has acquired company with 1.6 thousand hectares in Kharkiv region. The value of the company acquired was estimated at EUR 960 thousand. Land bank of Agroliga subsequently increased to 9 thousand hectares. The name of the company was not made public. Agroliga is planning to increase its land bank to 12.7 thousand hectares by 2015.
UkrAgroConsult comment: Agroliga is aiming to grow its land bank subsequently increasing effectiveness of its operations. Company’s stock performance for the past year reflects just that as its price per share has grown by 50%.
