Jaspen Capital Partners Limited increased its share in Agroton

According to the official statement released by Agroton on Warsaw Stock Exchange, Jaspen Capital Partners Limited Investment Bank increased its share in Agroton by 0.32% to 10.05% from 9.73%. Investment bank purchased 69 551 thousand shares, which subsequently increased the number of shares owned by the bank to 2 178 860 from 2 109 309 . The purchase was carried out on August 7, 2013, and was made public recently.
UkrAgroConsult comment: Agroton capitalization fell by -4.01% during the last trading session on August 19, 2013. We assume that the investment bank purchased Agroton shares due to expectations of the share price increasing after decline due to holding’s inability to pay interest on Eurobonds recently.
