National Bank has no intention to revise inflation index for 2013

The National Bank of Ukraine has no intention to revise the consumption inflation index, laid down in the state budget 2013.
Director of the NBU General Department for money and credit policy Olena Shcherbakova told a briefing on Monday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Once a quarter, the National Bank Board reports to the National Bank Council and provides the analysis of the current situation (on inflation in the country - Ed.). At least, I do not see any revision in the nearest plans,” Shcherbakova has said.
According to her, the inflation rate is within a zero percent since the beginning of 2013. “In principle, inflation is not observed in the country,” Shcherbakova said.
