Ukrainian agrarian sector needs USD 5 billion investments every year - Ustenko

Ukrainian agriculture needs investments to the amount of USD 50 billion over 10 years.
International Bleyzer Foundation Executive Director Oleh Ustenko has said about this on air of the Radio-Era FM, Ukrinform reports.
“In 2006-2008, about USD 8-10 billion investments were coming to Ukraine. But even such figures are nothing for Ukraine's economy, which has such colossal potential,” the expert noted.
According to the International Bleyzer Foundation calculations, Ukrainian agriculture requires investments to the amount of about USD 50 billion over 10 years, in other words USD 5 billion every year, for bringing it to the European countries' level.
