HarvEast has sold B series bonds for the total of UAH 200 M

According to the official statement released by “Illych-Agro Donbass”, a company that is a part of HarvEast issued bonds for the total of UAH 200 million. The total volume of the shares released is estimated at 75.4 thousand pieces with the total funds attracted of UAH 78.5 million. Holding stated that the funds attracted will be used as a working capital. Holding announced bond issue in April of 2013 for both: class A and class B. B series bonds are have 2.5 maturity with offer due in 18 months. Coupon rate is set at 18% until the offer due date.
