HarvEast holding placed bonds for UAH 100 million

According to the official information released by the National Committee on Securities and Stock Markets HarvEast agricultural holding placed 39 513 bonds on PFTS with the total worth of UAH 100 million, having attracted UAH 40.3 million (USD 5.03 million) with “A”- level rating. HarvEast was initially planning to place bonds with the total worth of UAH 300 million with both: “A” and “B”-level ratings. “A” rating coupons will be in free float for 18 months with 18% coupon rate. Company stated that the funds attracted will be used as a working capital for the holding.
UkrAgroConsult comment: HarvEast was one of the first companies to successfully attract investment via bond placement in Ukraine. Fixed income was definitely was major factor for investors to buy bonds.
