MHP is going to acquire 3 companies

According to the official information released by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, MHP filed a request to acquire more than 50% of shares of 3 companies in Vinnitska region. The Committee granted permission to the group. The companies that will be acquired are Agrokryazh, Agrokryazh 1 and Predakom Sad. Agrokryazh is involved in poultry business, Agrokryazh 2 is managing animal stock in terms of processing and production and Predakom Sad is growing grain cultures. MHP has recently completed acquisition of company with 35 thousand hectares as well as the company in Russia.
