Ukrproduct will issue shares in Ukraine

According to the statement confirmed by the company Ukrproduct is preparing for issuing shares, prepared in accordance with foreign requirements, which is the first case in Ukraine. Company is preparing documentation for double listing, however it is not clear when the actual Public Offering takes place. Company currently has 25% of its shares listed on London stock exchange. Company bought back 7.34% of its previously freely floating shares, which might be placed in Ukraine.
