Alpcot Agro is being renamed into “Agrokultura”

According to official statement made by the company after shareholders meeting held this month, Alpcot Agro will be renamed into “Agrokultura”. It also has been decided that the company will not pay dividends for the results of 2012. Company ended 2012 with SEK 122.4 M net loss, while sales revenue of the company increased threefold by SEK 492 M to SEK 745.1 M compared to the previous 2011 financial year.
AgroInvest comment: company not paying out dividends is mostly due to poor financial results in 2012, meaning that shareholders give up short-term interest for the future gains.
