Ukrlandfarming completed secondary placement of Eurobonds

According to the information released by UkrLandFarming, group of companies completed secondary placement of Eurobonds for the total of USD 150 M. Main investors are from East and Europe, mainly large investment funds. Company managed to attract USD 425 M over the past three months. Primary funds attracted where used to refinance current debt. Company stated to use the funds received from secondary investment will be used for capital investments, including building elevators. One large elevator will be built in Yuzhniy port and three large railroad elevators, which will belong to the company.
