Mriya completed issue of notes total worth of USD 250 M

According to the official information released by Mriya Agro Holding on Warsaw Stock Exchange, company has completed the issue of notes with annual 10.95% interest rate maturing March 30, 2016. Company agreed to ensure that the aggregate combined EBITDA, total assets and net income for the most recently ended two semi-annual periods of each of the Issuer and the Sureties shall equal or exceed 80.0% of the aggregate combined EBITDA, net assets and net income respectively.
AgroInvest comment: We assume funds will be used for expanding company’s land bank, modernization of plants and equipment as well as financing of the working capital.
