According to the official information released by the company, Ovostar Union is planning to put poultry house to operations during May. Total handling capacity is estimated at 309 thousand birds. Company is also actively implementing its earlier announced investment strategy as all of the necessary equipment for the construction of grain storage facility had been purchased and received. Company is aiming to put the new elevator to operations in August 2013. Company is investing USD 34.5 M to significantly increase production capacity by 2014. Ovostar Union is planning increase egg production by 25-39% in 2013 compared to 2012 levels.
AgroInvest comment: Ovostar Union finished 2012 with a net revenue increase of 19% to USD 60 M and net profit of USD 24 M.
