PM Ansip: Ukraine becoming increasingly attractive to Estonian investors

Estonia supports the expansion and strengthening of business ties with Ukraine, which it sees one of the main places of investment, Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip said at a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in Kyiv on Thursday.
"Ukraine is the sixth largest investor in Estonia. This is an important place for Estonia. Though for Ukraine, these investments are not so significant, but for Estonia the sixth place on investment is very important. We could further develop this relationship," the prime minister said.
He added that in recent years the Estonian business has shown an increasing willingness to invest in the Ukrainian economy after the predictability of the business environment has increased significantly.
Ansip noted the rapid growth of trade, as well as the political and cultural relations between the two countries in recent years. He also said that the visit of Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to Estonia has become a stimulus.
