Sunflower oil exports in Ukraine grew by 28.5%

According to the official information released by the Ministry of Food and Agrarian Policy since the beginning of the marketing year (September 2012 – August 2013) exports of sunflower oil increased by 28.5% compared to the same period last year. Ukrainian sunflower oil exports take 56% of total global exports. Main importers are India, Egypt, and Turkey. Ukraine also doubled exports to China to 100 thousand tons, which is 6% of total Ukrainian exports.
AgroInvest comment: We expect further increasing exports rates, especially to China, which indicates constant growth and improvement in terms of quality of products.
