KSG Agro purchased 4.7 thousand of its own shares

According to the official information released by the company starting from March 25 till April 2 company has bought 4.7 thousand of its own shares for PLN 12.5 per share, totaling PLN 58.75 thousand shares. It has also been stated earlier that company buys back shares in accordance with its own plan announced on December 25, 2012. Company purchased 8 277 over the course of week March 18-March 25 at 11.99 per share, following the strategy.
AgroInvest comment: Company has seen an increase of capitalization by 29.30% over the past month, which might be the result of company’s financial results for the past year as well as successful strategy execution.
