One of the Sponsors of the International Conference “Black Sea Grain” became a Swiss company – Agrifert.
Agrifert is a privately held Swiss commodity trading company founded in 1997. Until 2011, it was present practically exclusively in the fertilizers market, trading mainly potash from Russia to Asian destinations. In 2011, Agrifert decided to capitalize on its knowledge of logistics and strong financial basis to expand in agricultural products trading. For now, except fertilizers the company became a global supplier of grains and oilseeds, rice and sugar.Besides, Agrifert provides innovative financial solutions & support for commodities related transactions (i.e. from supplier’s prefinancing till stocks financing at destinations, hedging tools, etc.), mainly for goods like cotton, grains, oilseeds, vegetable oils, sugar, fertilizers, petroleum products and gas, petrochemicals. Agrifert is a member of Gafta, International Fertilizer Industry Association, Verein der Getreidehandler Hambourg, USA rice producers.
The X International Conference “Black Sea Grain” is organized by a consulting agency UkrAgroConsult and will take place on April 17-18, 2013 in InterContinental hotel Kiev, Ukraine. The conference is the largest regional grain forum.
