According to the official information released by the company in the latest press-release MHP announced new dividend policy by the company that is supposed to balance out revenue share of the shareholders and potential investments in the company for further development. After reviewing preliminary financial results Board of Directors approved USD 1.13 per share payments which would amount to USD 120 M total payment to company’s shareholders. Payments will be made on quarterly basis after quarterly financial results are released. Company announced that more detailregarding procedure will be revealed in another announcement in May.

AgroInvest comment: While such procedures are used to attract attention to the company from potential investors and increase share price, decrease of funds available for use by the company in 2013 might result in lack of the latter and lack of growth and modernization as the result.
