New CEO of Alpcot Agro is also group’s major shareholder

According to the official information released by Alpcot Agro, group with assets in Russia and Ukraine, Simon Hallqvist, group’s major shareholders was appointed as its temporary CEO until next shareholders’ meeting on May 16, 2013. Previous CEO of the company, Fredrik Langenskiöld resided from the position due to personal reasons. Group is proceeding expanding in Ukraine and Russia after acquisition of Landkom in the beginning of 2012.
AgroInvest comment: Holding will pursue its strategic goals in 2013 without any adjustments expected in the nearest future.
