Aleksandr Plotnikov holds Counsel position at Arzinger specializing primarily in banking and finance law. Aleksandr consults Ukrainian and foreign banks on a wide range of issues relating to banking activity in Ukraine and provision of financial services, and advises large Ukrainian companies on issues connected with their cooperation with Ukrainian and foreign banks. Besides, he consults clients on foreign investment and currency control issues. Aleksandr has vast experience in the sphere of corporate law and M&A.
