KSG Agro acquired stake in bread production companies

According to the official information released by National Bonds Committee of Ukraine, “Factor D”, a company, which is a part of KSG Agro holding purchased 48.4% of shares in “Krivorogskiy Khlebocombinat №1” and 45.9% of shares in “Krivorogkhleb”. According to the committee, the information regarding acquisition was received on February 12, 2013. Accumulated net income of the companies for 2011 has grown according to the latest data available.
