MCB Agricole has not been traded on Frankfurt Stock Exchange since December 14, 2012, without any commentaries form the stock exchange itself. It was known that several companies of the holding were sold and the papers were not signed completely in accordance with Frankfurt Stock Exchange rules, leading to temporary suspension of the company from being traded. However recently, according to information provided by Agrotrade group, it has become known that more companies of the holding are being sold. Agrotrade is currently in the process of acquiring 3 agricultural companies in Kharkiv and Chernigiv regions. These companies are: “Ukrzernoprom – Shevchenkovo”, “Zolochevskoe”, and “Im. Vatutina”, all being parts of former MCB Agricole. Agrotrade will purchase at least 50% of the stake in these companies, effectively becoming main owner of the companies.  

AgroInvest comment: we will carefully monitor the situation, with further possibility of excluding MCB Agricole from the list of the companies that comprise UAIndex. In case that occurs, you will be notified immediately.
