Ukrproduct holding purchased its own shares

According to the official statement released by one of the leading producers and distributors of branded dairy products and beverages in Ukraine, Ukrproduct acquired 1,144,550 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at 9.5 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares by the company. Following the transaction, Ukrproduct holds a total of 3 144 800 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding newly acquired treasury shares) is measured at 39 673 049.
AgroInvest comment: Ukrainian Agrarian Index was adjusted accordingly to the decrease of the number of shares.
