Industrial Milk Company increased its land bank

According to the official statement made by the company, IMC increased its land bank from 82.69 thousand hectares to 120.7 thousand hectares, effectively gaining 45.9% of land through acquisition of Agroprogress agricultural company. The deal went through on December 28, 2012, yet was announced only recently. Company also increased its grain storage facilities’ capacity from 115 thousand tons to 338 thousand tons. Total worth of the deal amounted to USD 39.8 M.
