Reforms of railway administration in Russia and Kazakhstan. Cooperation within Customs Union

Igor Pavenskiy, Head of analytical department, Rusagrotrans will speak about the reforms of railway administration in Russia and Kazakhstan and their cooperation within Customs Union during the X International Conference “Black Sea Grain: Export Forever!”.
Igor Pavenskiy graduated philosophy department of Kiev National University. In 2001 he received a Ph.D. in economics at Economic Institute of the Russian Academy of Science. In 2001-02 Igor worked as a specialist on food markets regulation at Russian Ag Ministry. During 2002-2008 he had a position of leading grain expert at the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR). Since 2008 Igor is heading analytical department at the largest rail infrastructure operator in the area of grain transportation - Rusagrotrans.
The X International Conference “Black Sea Grain” is organized by a consulting agency “UkrAgroConsult” and will take place on April 17-18, 2013 in InterContinental Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine.
