Dr. William W. Wilsonis a Distinguished Professorat North Dakota State University, specializing in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. Не received his PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba.
His focus is risk and strategy as applied to agriculture and agribusiness with a particular focus on marketing, procurement, transportation and logistics, international marketing and competition.In the early 1990’s
Dr. William W. Wilsonled a project of the United States on grain marketing system in Russia.He regularly advises a number of large Agribusiness firms, several major railroads, and several major food and beverage companies and/or governments in other countries.
He served as a Board member of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange for 12 years, on the FGIS Advisory Board, and currently serves as a Board member of several regional firms.In 1995was recognized as one of the top 10 Agricultural Economists.
The X International Conference “Black Sea Grain” is organized by a consulting agency “UkrAgroConsult” and will take place on April 17-18, 2013 in InterContinental Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine.
