Fitch Ratings Agency increased Mriya’s ratings

According to the official information released by Fitch Agency, Mriya’s long-term default ratings (IDR) were raised from “B-“ to “B” as well as long-term national ratings were increasedto “A-(ukr)“ from “BBB+(ukr)”, which is a stable level and long term ratings of bonds (issued previously for USD 250 M) were raised to “B” from “B-“. Press release of the company stated that increase of ratings is a direct result of increase effectiveness of company’s operations.
AgroInvest comment: Despite the most recent news regarding probable issues of Ukrainian holding with government Tax Committee, increase of rating from international company will bring back some trust of the investors back to the agro holding.
