Ukraine. Budget deficit to be 3.2% of GDP next year

Next year's budget deficit limit will be 3.2% of GDP, or 50.4 billion UAH, First Deputy Finance Minister Anatoliy Miarkovsky said while presenting the draft state budget in Parliament.
"Revenues of the consolidated budget will be 463.1 billion UAH, state budget 359.9 billion UAH, budget deficit 50.4 billion UAH," Miarkovsky said.
According to him, the state budget outlays will amount to 410.6 billion UAH.
The public debt limit will be 483 billion UAH; state guarantees will be provided in the amount of up to 50 billion UAH.
The bulk of the borrowings will be made in the domestic market.
Miarkovsky stressed that the protected articles make 87.3% of the consolidated budget. To finance the real economy, the government will use new approaches: transfer from subsidies to attracting credit resources, and the state will provide partial compensation of interest rates.
