Naftogaz of Ukraine will purchase government bonds at UAH 3.2 million from Ukreximbank

NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine (city of Kyiv) agreed on the terms of the government bond repurchase at UAH 3.203 billion with PJSC State Export Import Bank (Ukreximbank, Kyiv).
The company's relevant statement about acceptance of a price offer from a participant in trading of December 3 was reported by UKRINFORM as posted on the Visnyk Derzhavnykh Zakupivel portal.
The subject of the repurchase is 545,000 government bonds with a code UA4000136436 at a price of 1,055.94 UAH/bond, 560,000 with a code UA4000136436 at 1,055.67 UAH/bond, 525,000 with a code UA4000136469 at 1,056.3 UAH/bond, 580,000 with a code UA4000136469 at 1,056.04 UAH/bond and 835,000 with a code UA4000136451 at 1,042.18 UAH/bond (VAT excluding).
A date of the price offer acceptance was December 3, 2012.
As reported by the agency, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has repurchased government bonds from Ukreximbank at UAH 2.7 billion in November 2012.
To remind, those government bonds were issued in fulfillment of government resolution No. 139 on an increase of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine's authorized capital in February 2012 at UAH 6 billion. In compliance with this document, the term of government bonds' circulation makes up three years, the income interest rate is no more than 9.95% annual.
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine unites the country's largest oil and gas producing enterprises, is a monopolist for transit and storage of natural gas at underground storages, as well as on transportation of oil by pipeline transport via Ukraine's territory.
