Slovak economic sentiment falls for sixth month

Slovakia economic sentiment deteriorated for the sixth consecutive month in November, data released by the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic revealed Wednesday.
The economic sentiment indicator fell to 83.7 from October's 86.1. The latest reading is the weakest thus far this year.
Among the components, the industrial confidence indicator dropped sharply during the month, down to -15.7 from -7.3. The consumer confidence measure fell to -33.1 from -38.
The gauge for construction confidence slid to -56.5 from -54.5. The retail trade confidence index eased to 6 from 7, while the services confidence indicator held steady at 10.7.
