Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that Ukraine will create a bank for reconstruction and development to ensure credit support for exporters and the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.

He said this in Kyiv on Friday, a UKRINFORM correspondent reported.

"I set the task of returning to the idea that was discussed in Ukraine for many years, but there's not enough determination to realize it. The issue concerns, first and foremost, credit support for our exporters. We are planning to create a bank for reconstruction and development for this purpose. The task of this bank, first and foremost, will be to ensure the financing of large-scale infrastructure projects," Azarov said.

He also said that the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects and credit support for export-forming industries would help accelerate the development of the economy amid a recession on foreign markets.
