AMCU permitted the Dutch company Antos Agribusiness to purchase two agricultural enterprises in Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) permitted Antos Agribusiness B.V. (the Netherlands) to acquire two agricultural companies in Ukraine, the AMCU press-service reports.
The permit applies to LLC UP and LLC Poltava-Agro (Poltava). UP produces and processes agricultural production; Poltava Agro processes and sells grains.
