Parlamentarians ask for a criminal investigation into quotas

Two opposition parliamentarians have asked the procurator to open an investigation into how quotas were distributed and if wrong doing is found to lay criminal charges. Although we believe there is substance to the request, we also believe that it is unlikely that an investigation will occur, and if it does that criminal charges will be laid.
