Ukrtatnafta ends Q3 with net profit of USD 46.3 million

Public joint stock company Transnational Financial-Industrial Oil Company Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk, Poltava region, Kremenchuk oil refinery) completed Q3, 2012, with net profit of UAH 369.639 million (USD 46.3 million) in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
The company data testify to this, published in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine, the UKRINFORM reports.
At the same time, in January-September 2011, the company received UAH 517.169 million of net loss in compliance with Ukrainian National Accounting Standards.
Ukrtatnafta's net profit from selling of products, goods and services was UAH 4.616 billion. The company's cost price of the sale of products, works and services was UAH 4.171 billion over nine months of this year.
Gross profit of Ukrtatnafta made up UAH 444.86 billion in January-September (according to the International Financial Reporting Standards) against gross loss to the amount of UAH 214.68 million in January-September 2011 (according to Ukrainian National Accounting Standards).
PJSC Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery) is the largest in Ukraine oil processing plant of designed capacity reaching 18.6 million tons, created in 1994, according to the orders from Presidents of Ukraine and Tatarstan on the basis of the Kremenchuk oil refinery. Authorized capital of the company is UAH 740.638 million.
The state in the person of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine (Kyiv) possesses over 43% in the enterprise's stock. Operative control over the enterprise is carried out by the Privat Group since 2007.
By results of 2011, PJSC Ukrtatnafta received UAH 1.085 billion of net loss against net profit to the amount of UAH 377.731 million in 2010 (according to Ukrainian National Accounting Standards).
