Inflation in Tajikistan reached 5.6% for 9 months of 2012, according to the National Bank of Tajikistan.
The inflation in September reached 1.3% and 5.6% on year-on-year basis.
Price hikes for paid services, food and non-food products contributed to inflation growth.
For nine months of 2012 the inflation level remains stable like in the previous months, the central bank said.
The Tajik authorities plan to maintain inflation level up to 10.5% this year. The International Monetary Fund projects inflation up to 8% for 2012.
